Business Development Coordinator (part time)

Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. 

Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline. 

Represent the company professionally at networking events and community functions.

Manage scheduling, follow ups, and communication. 

Help keep daily operations organized and efficient.

Requirements:

Previous experience in outside sales, business development, customer service, or account management preferred.

Comfortable making cold calls and visiting local businesses.

Strong communication and relationship building skills. 

Organized with excellent time management and follow-through. 

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

 

Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform carpet, floor, and upholstery cleaning services.

Set up and operate cleaning equipment.

Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Requirements:

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to perform physical work.

Cleaning or maintenance experience a plus (we will train).
